Your order will be delivered to the address entered when placing your order on the site. Make sure you enter the correct address!

Are you too excited to wait? Please email us at hello@ateliercapri.com and we will make sure to send your package using Express Shipping for an additional €10 EUR.

To our UK-customers (new rules after the entery of Brexit)! The shipping cost will be specified in the order summary before you submit your order (this costs only include the transport). Please be aware of that custom duties will be added. This is charged to any orders from outside the European Union. These costs are nothing we can refund the customer. 

To our customers from Åland, please note that the prices you see on our site include VAT and this is also the price you pay in the checkout. The special rules that apply to delivery to Åland can mean that you pay VAT again. This is therefore not a cost we bear.


FREE RETURNS  

The shipping cost to return a product within Europe is free of charge.
You can return the products within 30 days of delivery.
The product must be in it´s new condition with all tags attached
Fill out the return paper that came with your order
If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee
If the returned product/products are dirty (make-up) or damaged we might not refund you the whole purchase amount
